We are looking for someone who has previously worked in customer service, retail, or another service function and now wants to take the step into a more analytical and administrative support role. Our client is one of Sweden's largest chains in the grocery retail sector and is now looking for reinforcement for their store support at the head office in Solna. Here, you will be part of an engaged team that works closely together to support the stores via phone and email.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and resolving inquiries from stores regarding pricing, assortment, campaigns, deliveries, and supply
• Registering, following up, and quality-assuring inquiries in the system
• Handling complaints between the store and terminal
• Contributing to improving processes and creating smooth workflows

Scope: Part-time, approx. 2–3 days/week, full-time during holidays/summer
Working hours: 07:30–16:30 weekdays and weekends
Start: Immediately
Employment: Consultant via StudentConsulting with placement at the client's head office in Solna

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with at least 1.5 years left of studies and can certify this
• Previous work experience in customer service, retail, or similar service
• Comfortable communicating by phone and in writing in both Swedish and English
• Familiar with working in systems and have good computer skills
• Solution-oriented, structured, and enjoy working towards goals
