Avonova Health is growing and is now looking for another driven Account Manager with experience in complex service sales who wants to be part of the team that sells Avonova's services and contributes with their expertise to our growth.
Location: Stockholm
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will primarily work with existing clients in the midmarket segment, responsible for the development of the portfolio, with some new customer acquisition also included. You will work exclusively digitally with our clients (via Teams/Phone) and will receive thorough training in our services.
Examples of Tasks
- Upselling to existing customers of our various services
- Signing contracts with new customers
- Responding to incoming inquiries via email and phone
- Proactively recommending relevant services to the customer
- Building trust and strengthening relationships with customers through clear communication
- Acting quickly and professionally on inquiries or other customer matters
- Preparing quotes
- Updating customer information
- Actively contributing to the development of the function and role together with your colleagues
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who can easily manage multiple tasks, has good communication skills, can quickly understand different contexts, and values health and work environment. You are used to planning your time effectively, possess a strong drive, are meticulous, can prioritize, and are passionate about achieving results. Goal-oriented, strategic, positive, curious, flexible, and a star at building relationships both externally and internally are qualities that make you perfect for the role. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and being part of a growth and change journey, as well as appreciate constantly driving the development of your own customer portfolio, this is a unique opportunity.
Competence Requirements
To thrive with us, you enjoy selling, appreciate clear goals, and have experience in complex service sales. You have several years of experience working with your own customer responsibility and long-term relationships. You are proficient in the Office suite, can easily understand and use various systems in your work and customer meetings. Experience with Hubspot and systems for managing contracts/quotes is a plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience from LOU is a plus.
