If you have experience in customer service or support from a grocery store and have a burning interest in problem-solving and customer interaction, this position might be for you!

Our client is a large and well-established chain in the grocery retail sector with operations throughout Sweden. StudentConsulting is looking for employees for their store support on behalf of the client. You will work at their headquarters in Solna and have internal contact within the chain via email and phone.

In the role of support staff, you will become part of a wonderful and cheerful team with a strong focus on service. Your main tasks will include monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails from our client's stores regarding pricing, assortment, promotions, delivery, and supply chain. The position also includes registering and following up on all store inquiries and handling complaints between the store and the terminal.

The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and begins with a 6-month probationary period with a high chance of extension. Working hours are office hours 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but leased to our client in Solna.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service or grocery retail
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in complaint handling and working with call statistics and case management is an advantage.
