Last year, NK opened the doors to its new exclusive optical destination – NK Eyewear & Optics, a place where style and optics meet at the highest level, located in one of the department store's most attractive locations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about first-class service and wants to help create memorable customer experiences by representing exclusive designer brands and offering a tailored experience from the very start.

About the role As a Sales Associate, your main task is to guide customers through our carefully selected range of designer frames. You tailor your recommendations based on the customer's style and needs, creating a personal shopping experience. Your ability to deliver top-notch service allows you to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships, always with a focus on style and quality.

You will be part of a dedicated team consisting of opticians and sales associates led by store manager Kasim. Together, you combine your skills to create a personal and professional experience for each customer. Main responsibilities:

• Provide tailored and stylish advice on glasses, frames, and sunglasses.

• Help customers find the perfect combination of style, function, and comfort.

• Recommend solutions that fit the customer's unique needs and personal style.

• Act as an expert on our range of high-quality glasses and lenses.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is attentive, outgoing, and loves to provide personal service. Exceeding customer expectations is a given for you!

• Has a genuine interest in fashion and design.

• Has experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium products, or solid experience from other service professions.

• Possesses an aesthetic sense and the ability to guide customers in their style choices.

• Is comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, as we have many international customers.

Experience in optics is an advantage, but not a requirement – we offer continuous training.
