For our operations in Stockholm City, ISS Facility Services is looking for an engaged, technically curious, and service-oriented employee for our Tech Lobby (IT Frontline Support). Here you will help create an extraordinary workday for our customer. You are passionate about delivering professional service, attentive to others' needs, and make people feel seen and secure.

About the role

In the Tech Lobby, you are the first point of contact for employees and support them with everything from simple IT-related questions to creating a smooth and positive everyday experience.

The tasks are both administrative and practical, making the role dynamic and developmental. We value an unpretentious commitment and the ability to see what needs to be done. You quickly adapt to new working methods and systems, keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment, and always have service as your primary focus.

The role requires good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as strong collaboration skills, as we work as a close-knit team with the customer. If you have an interest in IT and enjoy helping people, you will definitely thrive here.

Examples of tasks:

• Staffing the IT desk
• Welcoming visitors and resolving their IT and office-related issues
• Email management and administration
• Handling access cards, lockers, and error reports
• Support to all customer offices in Sweden
• Working in various systems, including SNOW and C-Cure

The assignment is part of an integrated service solution, which means that you will also support other functions within operational services as needs arise. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, unpretentious, and thrives in a role with great variety.

The position is a full-time temporary role, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Start date is according to agreement and the position extends until 2027-12-03.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• At least 3 years of experience in service work (e.g., hotel, reception, or tourism)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good IT skills and curiosity about technology
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and be flexible
