About the Role

As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing LG's organic presence on social media across the company's own channels. The role is operational and hands-on with clear responsibility for content production, coordination, publishing, follow-up, and continuous improvement.

You will work based on an established social media strategy, priorities, and KPIs owned by the Head of Digital & E-commerce, to whom the role reports. You will collaborate daily with marketing, design, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that content is delivered according to plan, with high quality and in line with brand guidelines.

In addition to social media, you will also support the design function by producing, adapting, and formatting digital assets based on approved key visuals and creative direction.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Execute the approved social media plan for brand and product communication
• Create, adapt, and publish platform-specific content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Own and update the content calendar and coordinate incoming publishing requests
• Ensure approvals, scheduling, and publishing according to plan
• Monitor organic performance and provide insights, learnings, and improvement suggestions
• Support the design team with production, adaptation, and quality assurance of digital assets
• Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery with clear follow-up and improvement focus

We are looking for someone who

• Has 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within social media and content
• Has practical, hands-on experience in organic social media execution
• Has worked with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn (TikTok is a plus)
• Has experience in B2C marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, retail, or D2C
• Is familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-based content tools
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

The position reports to the Head of Digital & E-commerce and is part of the Nordic Digital & E-commerce team within HS Ad Nordic – an LG company.
