We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative for our client Loomis Pay.

About the role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving and developing your own sales of Loomis Pay's products and services within your geographical area. The goal is to meet and exceed sales targets through physical customer meetings with both new and existing customers, primarily within HORECA and retail.
An important part of the role is to ensure high quality in the sales process and to be a role model according to Loomis values, both in external and internal contacts.
Responsibilities and tasks
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our expansion and have direct contact with customers in the field. You will drive the entire sales process yourself – from prospecting and booking meetings to negotiation, quote writing, and closing – and become an important part of our customers' success.
In this role, you will build long-term relationships, both internally and externally, and ensure that our solutions create real value. You will work structured with SalesForce, follow up your own goals and scorecards, and keep yourself constantly updated on the market and competitors. You will promote new products and services, lead yourself towards set goals, and be responsible for quotes from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who enjoys independent work, has a drive for sales, and wants to be part of a company where professionalism, service, and integrity permeate everything we do.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a difference in the field. You have at least five years of experience in B2B sales, are familiar with CRM systems, and have experience in driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Experience in payment solutions is a plus. Your understanding of sales-related key figures, pipeline, and sales management enables you to create results, meet your budget, and build long-term customer relationships.
You have good knowledge of English and are preferred if you have experience selling to HORECA, i.e., hotels, restaurants, or café businesses. You have the ability to drive projects and follow up on what you promised the customer, and you have a good ability to take responsibility, structure your work, and drive business forward on your own.

We expect you to have
Several years of experience in B2B sales (5+) with documented success in the field and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships within the larger customer segment.
Experience with technical solutions, SaaS, or specifically selling payment solutions is highly meritorious.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to plan and conduct customer visits independently and develop business from prospecting to closing.
A structured approach, analytical skills, and experience in needs analysis based on the customer's real needs, as well as the ability to communicate the connection between price, value, and customer benefit.
Drive and self-leadership to meet and exceed your sales goals.
