We are Nordic Family Group, Home of Family Brands. A passionate team behind some of the Nordics' most well-known concepts for families. Since 1992, we have been part of the everyday lives of over 6 million expectant and new parents through products like BabyBox, BabyBag, the children's fair Underbara barn, and our latest concept for new dog owners, ValpBag.

With us, you will have a social and business-driven role where you work with a broad customer portfolio and help both small and large brands reach a loyal and important target group.

About the role

As a Partner Manager, you will have a clear sales focus, requiring tempo, drive, and business acumen. You will be responsible for building new customer relationships, creating tailored solutions, and managing multiple dialogues simultaneously. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy a fast pace and getting many quotes out and thrive on seeing results quickly.

You will:

  • Identify and contact new customers
  • Sell our concepts BabyBox, BabyBag, Underbara barn, and ValpBag
  • Create customized campaign solutions in digital, sampling, advertising, fairs, and magazines
  • Conduct digital and physical customer meetings and participate in industry events and fairs

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in sales or another customer-facing, fast-paced role, and who is now ready to take the next step in their development.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Business-driven and enjoys working towards goals
  • Used to reaching out, following up, and closing deals
  • Communicative, structured, and self-driven
  • A team player who contributes energy and ideas
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

A background in events or media is a plus, but the most important thing is that you enjoy sales, have drive, like talking to people, and thrive on juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
