SEB Kort is now looking for a new colleague to their customer service team. Here you will help SEB's customers and develop in a safe and inspiring work environment at the head office in Arenastaden, Solna, with both art on the walls and a barista to make your coffee.

ABOUT THE POSITION

SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and several co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year via phone, email, and social media.

As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's customers. Your main task is to provide support via email and phone, answering questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates, as well as guiding customers in SEB's digital services, always with a focus on high quality and the best possible customer experience.

WHO ARE YOU

To succeed in this role, you need a strong commitment to service, a drive to achieve results, and a professional demeanor. You enjoy collaborating and have a lot of contact with both customers and colleagues. Since SEB operates in a changing industry with many products, we prefer that you are curious, learn quickly, and drive your own development.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent

• Fluent in French, Swedish, and English. It is an advantage if you also have Spanish language skills in speaking and writing.

• Passed background check
