Optifit Health continues to grow, and we are now looking for another colleague to join our dedicated team. Here, you will work in a meaningful role where you play a key position in our efforts to welcome new patients. You will contact individuals who have shown interest in our services and guide them through the process – with attentiveness, professionalism, and care.

Main responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up on new inquiries via phone and email
• Support patients through the various steps of the onboarding process
• Handle customer service inquiries via chat, email, and phone

It is important that you can combine a strong drive in follow-up and sales with an empathetic approach, as our patients are in an important and sensitive decision-making process regarding their health.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a professional and empathetic attitude
• Understanding of the distinction between informing about our services and not giving medical advice
