What does a claims adjuster do?
Your main tasks as a claims adjuster are to assist our customers when they have experienced a loss. The work involves regulating and determining compensation levels based on applicable insurance terms and other regulations that apply to the relevant claims. Your primary tools are phone, email, and written correspondence.
Summer Job 2026
For the summer of 2026, we are now looking for several people for different parts of our claims adjustment. As an additional resource, you will be placed based on need, and you may therefore be required to adjust several different types of claims, such as motor claims, construction claims, liability claims, legal protection claims, travel claims, property claims, and health & accident claims.
Training and Guidance
As an introduction, we provide you with paid training. During the training, you will learn about insurance terms, customer communication, and how to regulate and advance a case. The training is mandatory and will take place during the spring from March until the second week of June when you start working full-time; the training will be approximately 40 hours spread throughout the spring. Afterward, we offer ongoing training, guidance, and work methodology.

Requirements for the Role
- Express yourself in a simple and understandable way, both on the phone and in writing, in communication with both customers and colleagues.
- Be strongly responsible. You will be working with our customers who need our help, something we take very seriously.
- Want and have the opportunity to work full-time during weeks 24-34.
- After the summer, want and have the opportunity to work at least 30 hours per month on weekdays.
We also believe that you fit into one of the following categories:
- You are studying at a university or college and have a few years left of your studies.
- You have recently graduated from high school and want to test the job market before your next step.
- You have another occupation and want the opportunity to work extra.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
Information and Application
Location: Valhallavägen 215.
Employment type: The position is a part-time employment, and you will work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend work may also occur if needed.
