CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is now looking for an engaged Payroll Specialist who, like your colleagues in the HR and payroll team, wants to contribute to the development of the business.
CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate and investment firm. The Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division delivers integrated services in property management, project management, and consulting. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible, together with a payroll colleague, for approximately 750 payrolls in Sweden and Finland. Here, you will have a central role with great responsibility, the freedom to influence, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with global clients and exciting challenges.
As a Payroll Specialist at CBRE GWS, you will be part of a close-knit HR and payroll team consisting of five people, two of whom are in payroll. Together, you will work to support the organization in the growth journey that CBRE GWS is on, which involves continuous improvement of processes and solutions, alongside high quality and availability.
About the role As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process, ensuring that all employees receive correct pay on time. You will work closely with both managers and employees, serving as a professional support in matters related to payroll, pensions, and benefits. The role also involves ongoing contact with authorities and external partners.
Your responsibilities and tasks include, among others:
Independent responsibility for payroll management in Sweden and Finland
Management of payroll for both salaried employees and hourly workers under six different collective agreements
Payroll administration in Agda PS
Support and advice to the business on payroll-related issues
Administration of pensions and benefits
Reporting and reconciliations
Contacts with authorities and insurance companies
Drive development and efficiency of payroll processes and systems
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience in independent payroll management for both salaried employees and hourly workers
Is accustomed to interpreting and applying various collective agreements (for both salaried employees and hourly workers)
Has experience with pensions and benefits
Has a post-secondary education in payroll, HR, or economics
Has good knowledge of Agda or other payroll systems as well as Excel
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Is structured, self-driven, and enjoys a role with significant responsibility
Is solution-oriented, collaborative, and contributes to the whole
Has drive and curiosity to improve processes and contribute to development
