As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and search to interview, offer, and onboarding. You will recruit broadly within areas such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go-to-Market, and operational roles.

You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing advice on organization, hiring strategies, and ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience. You will proactively build talent pipelines for both current and future needs and lead fast, structured, and precise recruitment processes. 🎯

• University degree in HR or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from start-ups, scale-ups, or fast-growing companies

• Documented experience in recruiting commercial and strategic roles

• Independent, solution-oriented, and confident in taking ownership

• Thrives in change, mobility, and a fast pace

• Location: Stockholm (on-site)

• Start: Immediately

• Scope: Full-time

• Duration: 4–6 months (ongoing)
