Finance Assistant for Leading Beauty Company

SJR is hiring a driven finance assistant for our client, a leading company in beauty products with an office just south of central Stockholm. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible for an initial period of 12 months with a chance of extension. You will have a hybrid setup with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and engaged finance assistant who wants to work in a smaller, closely-knit finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting manager and CFO, taking on a central position in the daily financial operations. You will thrive if you appreciate varied tasks, want to contribute to order and structure, and enjoy working in an organization that is evolving and changing.

Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable, including coding and payments
• Accounts receivable: payments, collections, and follow-up
• Assist in monthly and annual closings
• Administrative tasks related to the finance function

Suitable Background

You have post-secondary education in finance, such as from a vocational school or university, and preferably several years of experience in similar tasks. You have good knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to working in business systems. Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are prerequisites for this role.
