In the role of Executive Assistant, you act as an important link between management and the organization. You are responsible for creating structure, pace, and quality in the daily work by managing calendars, travel, meetings, and follow-up on activities. You coordinate business-related projects, summarize decision-making materials, and ensure that the right things happen – at the right time.

You work closely with senior stakeholders and handle confidential information with high discretion. The role requires office presence and a high degree of independence, accountability, and business understanding📅✈️

• Experienced Executive Assistant with at least +5 years of experience

• Strong administrative skills with experience in managing meetings, travel, and conferences, etc.

• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and adept at navigating unclear situations

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented

• Good digital skills and curiosity about AI and new tools

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Preferred with a university degree in administration or business management

• Start: Immediately

• Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

• Location: Stockholm, on-site (8–17)

• Flexibility: Some remote work by agreement

• Overtime: May occur if needed
