Operational Coordinator for International Assignment
Do you have the ability to combine meticulous administration with a forward-leaning drive? Are you unafraid to pick up the phone and demand results? We are now looking for an operational coordinator for an international assignment starting in February.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of a communicative administrator, you will become a central part of an exciting international project focused on securing and documenting internal documentation. You will work closely with project management and play a crucial role in creating order and overview in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibility is to drive an important claim process that requires both structure and proactive action. You will handle basic data management – processing, quality assurance, and administration of larger data sets in Excel. To achieve the goals, you need to be communicative and driven; this means that you will independently contact external parties and suppliers to request documentation, set demands, and follow up on matters until they are fully resolved.
Through your work, raw data is transformed into valuable decision-making support, while your personal maturity and drive ensure that no questions go unanswered. You will also be a valuable support in daily operations by handling various ad hoc tasks.
We appreciate a humble attitude towards work, as we value flexibility and adaptability in the face of new challenges. We are looking for someone with personal maturity who dares to take space in the organization.
The assignment runs until July, and the desired start is immediate. You will have flexible working hours (8-5) and are expected to work in the office in Stockholm. In this role, you will also have the chance to work in a dynamic and international environment.
