ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a Nordic energy company that produces and sells fossil-free electricity, district heating, and district cooling, offering energy solutions for both private customers and businesses in the Nordics, focusing on helping the industry reduce emissions and has a large production of electricity from nuclear and hydropower. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a communications specialist for a consulting assignment starting in March that will last approximately one year. You will be based at the office in Solna, and our client offers flexible working hours as well as the possibility of partial remote work. Some travel to Finland and Norway will occur to meet your Nordic team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a communications specialist, your main responsibilities will involve deepening understanding and creating internal and external dialogue around issues that are important and relevant to our client and their stakeholders. You will play a central role in planning and developing B2B customer communication to exceed customer expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
• Automating and refining customer interactions, tailoring communication to specific segments, and consistently clarifying the value of our services.
• Playing a key role in developing and implementing B2B customer communication initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and improve NPS results.
• Creating and executing a communication plan that connects global strategy with local business priorities.
• Increasing understanding of the target audience and how, where, and with what type of content they are best reached.
• Developing digital customer communication and supporting a wide range of communication projects, such as marketing automation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Possesses an advanced ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Has good experience in developing and designing customer-centered communication
• Has advanced knowledge in Marketing Automation and tools like HubSpot
• Has previous experience with Contentful or similar CMS tools
• Has prior experience in analyzing and following up on results in email marketing
• Has a completed relevant university education

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience in the B2B field
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian)
