Strategic Customer Channels for the Parcel Business Area

We are now recruiting for the position of Strategic Customer Channels for the Parcel Business Area.

You, Us, and the Job

As Strategic Customer Channels, you will be responsible for designing and driving the organization’s long-term strategy with a focus on OOH (Out-of-Home). In this role, you will analyze PostNord's needs, identify technological opportunities, and ensure that investments support business goals and future development. You will have both a commercial and strategic focus to develop PostNord's end-points to maximize market penetration, customer value, and profitability in the Nordic region. The goal is to ensure that our end-points support business objectives, are competitive, and meet future customer needs.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage the organization’s overall strategy to align with the business plan and established vision.
• Drive cross-functional projects and activities both in Sweden and in the Nordic region related to OOH.
• Ensure that the unit's other developments and work are in line with the established strategy.
• Develop recommendations and decision-making materials for investments, expansions, and concept changes within OOH and end-points.
• Identify and analyze trends in digitization, Parcel lockers, and Service points to translate into strategic perspectives.
• Evaluate business potential per channel, region, and concept, including ROI calculations, NPV, and business cases.

What You Bring

• Academic degree as a civil engineer, business economist, industrial economics, management, e-commerce, or logistics.
• Several years of experience in roles with strategic responsibility in business development, preferably in a leading position.
• Documented experience in developing and implementing strategies in matrix organizations.
• Deep knowledge of IT architecture, digitization, and e-commerce.
• Previous experience in decision-making based on complex technical information.
• Previous experience in management team work or close collaboration with corporate management.
