About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a Controller for an exciting and developing position at a Swedish educational institution located in central Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial administration and follow-up of projects throughout their lifecycle. The work includes everything from preparing and quality-assuring budgets in connection with project applications to ongoing follow-up, analysis, and final financial reporting. You will ensure that the project's finances are managed correctly, in accordance with applicable regulations, agreements, and internal guidelines.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with your immediate finance colleagues and other functions within the organization. Through close cooperation, you will contribute with financial expertise, support, and advice, while also being an important part of developing common working methods and ensuring high quality in financial management.

You have a structured work approach and enjoy working with processes, reports, and calculations that require precision. Qualifications:

• Experience in financial work related to research-funded projects at a government agency, university, or other research environment
• Worked with budget and forecast follow-up for grant-funded projects at a government agency, university, or other research environment
• Worked with EU-funded projects including reporting at a government agency, university, or other research environment
• Experience working in the financial system Unit4 (Agresso)
• Experience reporting to funders in accordance with agreements
• Experience working in the HR system HR-plus Visma

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-10-31. Start 2026-02-01.
