Client Advisor for the Energy Sector

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor for a 12-month consulting assignment, starting immediately. In this role, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. The client operates on a hybrid model with three days on-site and two days remote.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you will have overall responsibility for the operational management of customers' energy services once the agreement is in place. You will be the primary contact for the customer regarding operational issues and will work closely with the sales organization to ensure a smooth startup and high-quality delivery.

You will be part of a Nordic Business Support team where you and your colleagues work closely together, and where engagement, knowledge sharing, and improvement work are central parts of the culture. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys both structure and development and wants a workday that balances customer contact, analysis, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for customer portfolios in Sweden
• Ongoing customer contact via email and phone
• Participation in customer meetings, both digitally and physically
• Follow-up on changes affecting the customer's portfolio
• Preparation of invoicing and startup
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and improvement suggestions
• Support in questions regarding measurement values, consumption, and payments
• Customization of invoicing information according to customer-specific needs
• Participation in internal development projects

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in areas such as economics, engineering, or energy
• Has experience in the energy sector, preferably in administration, operations, or balancing services (meritorious)
• Speaks fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Understands Norwegian – verbal skills are meritorious
