The administration belongs to the area of operations of the Authority for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities in Södertälje Municipality.

The workgroup consists of 8 people and is led by a unit manager. As an Administrator in the Administration unit, you will be part of a team where your main tasks are to support the Authority for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities. The administration provides accessible resources to offer good service to employees and managers, as well as to clients who have questions about fees.

We are now looking for an administrator for our workgroup, as one of our employees will be on leave. The position is a temporary contract for 6–12 months with a possibility of extension.

Your tasks

Your tasks are varied and flexible, based on the needs that arise within the authority. You will handle invoices in our financial system UNIT4/ERP. Furthermore, you will manage reimbursements and fees for our internal and external providers within the area of operations. The administration ensures that other units within the Authority for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities have the materials they need and that it is purchased according to agreements and budgets. Additionally, operational support is responsible for ensuring that premises, vehicles, printers, computers, phones, and other materials function properly. You will sort, distribute mail, and receive goods. We rearrange and fix simple issues when required in our office environment. The administration also staffs a functional phone where the responsibility is distributed according to a schedule.

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with a high school education
- Experience in administrative tasks within healthcare and social services
- Worked in organizations in roles that are subject to confidentiality
- You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
- You should have good computer skills
- B driver's license

Meritorious:
- Experience working in the financial system UNIT4/ERP
- Experience working in the operational system Combine
- Experience working in a municipal organization
- Experience in fee processing
- Education in administration
