Hello! We are a family-owned company in Bromma (Mariehäll) with 35 employees managing approximately 200 properties around Stockholm and across the country.
In our reception, you and a colleague will handle customer service via phone, email, and our systems, as well as key handouts, orders, office services, and administration.
You are an unpretentious person who can juggle multiple tasks, has good structure and patience, and maintains a helpful and positive attitude towards people. You are comfortable with data systems and office equipment.
Working hours are 07:00-16:00 full-time on weekdays. The employment is full-time with a probationary period.
Start date to be agreed upon.
