In the role of contract administrator, you will work broadly with administrative tasks related to Advania's contract management. You will work in various systems such as Agresso and Cobblestone CLM, and your tasks will include:

• Administration of new and existing contracts, as well as archiving and updating in CLM
• Setup and updating of sub-projects in the project module
• Posting of supplier invoices including re-invoicing and accruals
• Contract invoicing and setup in the Subscription module
• Other administrative tasks in the systems

The role is based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, and you will report to the Business Administration Manager. The team you will be part of is a part of the business administration and consists of 9 people.

We are looking for someone who has worked in an administrative role and enjoys working with administrative tasks and being organized. We see that you have a good understanding of systems and have studied economics at the high school level.

You will be working in various systems, so it is important that you have a good understanding of systems and do not have trouble getting into new systems. You also have good experience working with the Office suite, especially Excel. It is a merit if you have worked in Agresso.

However, the most important thing is how you are as a person, and to thrive in this role, we see that you are positive, meticulous, and have good organizational skills. You see solutions where others see problems, take great responsibility for your work, and always deliver with good quality. Furthermore, you are a helpful and humble team player who enjoys working both in a team and independently.

This is a temporary position that runs from February/March 2026 to August 2027. The start is immediate, but the most important thing is to find the right person. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup as a consultant and will be placed at Advania's headquarters in Liljeholmen.
