Do you want a summer job where no day is the same and where you can both work and have fun? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our summer crew at Rusta in Nynäshamn!

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced and varied, the tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the midst of our campaigns, you are the one creating the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure that the store is tidy, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right inflatable pool, the next day you completely rearrange a department. No day is the same – and we love it!

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

  • Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems with a "I can handle that!" attitude
  • Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
  • Spread positive energy and want to grow with us

This is how you apply

With us, we skip the CV and cover letter (yes, you read that right!). After you submit your application, you will be directly invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview, but serves as a first step to help us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process. The interview usually takes about 15–20 minutes.

In addition to a chat interview, we want to get to know you through:

  1. Some selection questions you answer when you apply
  2. A short test (don’t worry – it’s not a math test)
  3. An in-person interview at the store
  4. Digital reference checks
  5. A background check – nothing strange, just routine
