About the Position

Do you want to work with niche car sales, strong brands, and customers who are truly passionate about their cars? As a car salesperson at Exclusive Cars, you will have full responsibility for your deals, from the first contact to delivery and follow-up.

We primarily sell brand new cars and lightly used passenger cars, SUVs, and pickups. The majority of sales are to corporate customers (about 80%), but the private market is also important. The role involves a lot of freedom under responsibility where you build and develop your own customer base over time.

In Västberga, four salespeople work, including one sales leader and one sales manager. Here, you will join an established, close-knit team where the pace is high and the business is plentiful. Working hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 11:00–15:00 according to a schedule.

The position is full-time with a permanent contract, starting with a six-month probationary period.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a car salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from start to finish. The role includes, among other things:

  • Processing new and existing corporate and private customers and creating long-term relationships.
  • Driving the entire deal from first contact to delivery and follow-up.
  • Building and developing your own customer base of repeat customers.
  • Creating quotes, developing financing arrangements, and making trade-in calculations.
  • Managing internal contacts regarding equipment, accessories, modifications, and delivery in collaboration with the workshop and other departments.
  • Actively working towards set budget goals and contributing to increasing sales from about 650 to 800 cars per year.

We Are Looking For You Who Have

  • At least 1 year of documented experience in successful car sales.
  • Experience working with the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
  • Good understanding of different financing options.
  • Computer skills and experience with sales support or CRM systems.
  • A genuine interest in cars, preferably a declared “car enthusiast”.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of English, so you can communicate with customers and partners.
  • Driver's license B (C license is a plus).

Experience with American car brands and selling pickups is a plus, but not a requirement.
