The Italian Trade Agency aims to promote business relations between Italy and Sweden. They offer services in the form of support and advice to companies and organizations. They can assist businesses in finding partners, identifying new products and services, and helping with establishments.

About the Role

Your tasks as an Assistant Trade Analyst will primarily involve general office work and administration, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. In addition, you will provide administrative support to managers and other employees and maintain continuous contact with external suppliers. You will mainly work from bright, fresh, and modern premises in Solna - of course, with good Italian coffee!

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting trade analysts at the Stockholm office in organizing marketing activities and trade fairs.
• Assisting in communication with Swedish operators and Italian companies via phone and email to promote business contacts.
• Updating lists of local economic actors.
• Collecting statistics on Italian-Swedish foreign trade.
• Writing press releases about important economic events.
• Reporting on the most significant production sectors.

Who Are We Looking For?

For the role of Assistant Trade Analyst, we are primarily looking for a social and organized person who is motivated by having diverse tasks and working with people.

• Previous experience in trade is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Good knowledge of Italian.
• Good familiarity with Office programs and generally good ability to use various application programs.
