Job Description
As a salesperson at Laddboxkillarna, you play a key role in the company's continued growth. You are responsible for selling charging boxes to private individuals via phone and work exclusively with warm leads, meaning customers who have already shown interest in the company's products.
In the conversation, you guide the customer through the entire process and book the installation directly, where a qualified electrician will come out and install the charging box at the customer's home. The role involves a clear focus on advice, needs analysis, and closing, with the goal of creating a safe and smooth customer experience.
Your Profile
You are a positive and goal-oriented person who thrives in a result-driven advisory sales role where the phone is your primary tool. You easily build trust, take responsibility for your results, and work structured towards clear goals.
You are self-driven, enjoy a fast pace, and work well in teams where collaboration, energy, and a lack of pretentiousness are a natural part of everyday life. You are motivated by satisfied customers, quality business, and seeing concrete and measurable results from your work.
Requirements
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably via phone
Ability to drive the entire sales process from first contact to deal
Basic business understanding and ability to calculate customer benefits and ROI
Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability
Self-driven with strong personal motivation and good structure
Solution-focused, unpretentious, and responsible
Enjoy working towards clear goals
Meritorious
Experience with charging boxes, solar panels, or related areas
Experience selling technical products or services
Experience in B2C sales
Experience in advisory sales
Familiarity with working in CRM systems

Location: Skärholmen, Stockholm. Possibility for hybrid work.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 diploma courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, there is the opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern as well as a 2-day sales training in Stockholm for those who want to further develop in their role as a salesperson.
