Develop Business and Customer Relationships in Automation with Malthe Winje
Do you want to work closely with technical sales in a role where long-term customer relationships, technical understanding, and personal responsibility are at the center? Malthe Winje is now looking for an Account Manager Automation who wants to take responsibility for sales and customer development within their own district, in a role that combines business, technology, and long-term relationships.
About the Role
As an Account Manager Automation, you will be responsible for the sales of automation products and solutions within your district. The assignment includes both further developing existing customer relationships and actively identifying, processing, and establishing new customers.
The role is operational and business-oriented with clear responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of sales in close collaboration with the sales manager, colleagues in automation, and marketing, order, and logistics functions. The role entails significant independence in daily work and responsibility for the entire sales process, from customer dialogue and needs analysis to business and follow-up.
Your Assignment
Drive sales of automation solutions by understanding customer needs and translating technical solutions into business benefits within the district.
Be responsible for budget, results, and annual sales planning
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing activities in collaboration with other automation salespeople
Stay updated on market developments and competitive situations
Be responsible for supplier contacts in collaboration with the sales manager
You report to the sales manager for Malthe Winje Automation AB.
Your Background
· Post-secondary education in technology, automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
· Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably within automation or industrial solutions.
· Familiarity with working with both existing customers and active new customer acquisition.
· Experience in selling technically complex products and solutions.
· Good business understanding and experience with budget and result responsibility.

· Business-driven with the ability to initiate customer dialogues and drive business from the first contact to closure
· Independent and structured in your work approach
· Relationship-building and professional in customer dialogues
· Solution-oriented with the ability to drive business long-term
