About the position
As a personal injury adjuster in the compensation specialist group, you will work with insurance medical investigations and compensation based on tort law. The job also includes payment controls and handling complaints, which involves dealing with dissatisfied customers, reviews, and appeals. The following areas are handled: unclear income and employment conditions, annuities and pension losses, child and birth injuries, and investigations of maintenance loss.

Your role includes customer service and handling claims, where you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that decisions are delivered on time. You will also work with insurance administration and conduct various types of controls to ensure quality and accuracy. In addition, you will hold training sessions and contribute to support and development within the organization.

We have an open and pleasant climate where development and experience exchange constantly take place with your 16 colleagues. The role also includes providing support to the organization.

About you as an employee
You are a social person who is attentive and customer-oriented. In your role, you have many different contact points, so it is important that you have excellent collaboration skills. As a person, you are analytical and have a structured working method. You are comfortable making decisions and are clear in your communication.

To succeed in the role of compensation specialist, you have a structured and businesslike approach and are driven and responsible. You are meticulous, independent, and have good pedagogical skills as well as a high degree of service willingness. Since you will collaborate with colleagues at various levels within the organization, it is important that you are communicative and act in a trustworthy manner. You also thrive in a broad and varied role and enjoy sharing knowledge. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Your experience
We are looking for someone with about 5-10 years of experience in claims handling with experience working in an insurance company. You have good knowledge of tort law and the Tort Liability Act. We view medical competence, experience in conducting training, and having served on a board positively. Furthermore, we see that you have a university degree or vocational training from IFU/personal injury adjustment, or you have equivalent knowledge/experience that we consider comparable. An academic education in the medical field is an advantage.
