We are now looking for an HR consultant with a focus on labor law, negotiation, and collaboration!
Responsibilities
As an HR consultant with us, you will be offered a varied assignment where you work both operationally and strategically with business-related personnel issues. The tasks are broad, and you will work consultatively to develop and support the leaders in the organization.
Each HR consultant is the main contact person for the managers within one or more business areas. In your assignment, you will also participate in and drive strategic development work within the entire HR area together with your HR colleagues, as well as design and implement training initiatives.
As an HR consultant with a focus on labor law, negotiation, and collaboration, your responsibilities will include:
- Both operational and strategic support to the city's operations in HR matters
- Supporting the HR department in matters of labor law, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Further developing the city's labor law processes and supporting colleagues and managers with contract interpretation
- Conducting training for managers and employees in labor law, negotiation, and collaboration
- Developing the city's internal work based on collaboration agreements together with trade union partners
- Union negotiations such as discussions and dispute negotiations
The role is varied and evolves over time. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with change and can switch between different tasks based on the situation and needs. You have a humble approach that contributes to a team that develops and is characterized by collaboration and shared responsibility.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant university education, such as a degree in human resources, or equivalent education deemed suitable by the employer
- Experience in labor law interpretations
- Several years of work experience and thus solid knowledge in labor law, union collaboration, and negotiation
- Experience negotiating, collaborating, and cooperating with trade unions
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- High digital maturity
Meritorious:
- Experience working as HR support within municipalities, regions, or government agencies.
