As of the turn of the year 2024-2025, Vårdcentralen Finspång and Vårdcentralen Skärblacka will form a joint operational area.

The change aims to create a robust operation that is prepared to meet the demographic challenges we face in the future.

Currently, the organizations have nearly 26,000 registered patients and a staff of about 110 employees. The new operational area includes Vårdcentralen Finspång, Vårdcentralen Skärblacka, and Jourcentralen Finspång. Included in Vårdcentralen Finspång is also a branch in Rejmyre.

Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers during evenings and weekends, and a General Medicine Training Center. We provide a broad primary care service where we offer care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients in the end stages of life.

Job Description

The role of health administrator involves patient-centered and varied work with many different tasks such as medical documentation, diagnosis classification, and handling of referrals and mail. Monitoring waiting lists and bookings and summons is done in close collaboration with the respective physician. There may also be handling of cases received via Vårdguidens e-services and Tele-Q. Operational development is seen as a natural part of the business and occurs continuously.

About You

You are a trained health administrator or medical secretary. Experience in primary care and familiarity with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role. You are attentive to the needs of others, easy to collaborate with, and flexible in your working methods. You are not afraid to take on new challenges and develop new ways of working. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The position is a 100% temporary contract until August 31, with a start date to be agreed upon but as soon as possible. The position may involve work at both Vårdcentralen in Finspång and Vårdcentralen in Skärblacka.
