Description

We are now looking for a Junior HR Generalist / HR Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment at a technology company in Linköping, with the ambition that the employment will transition to the client after a certain period of hiring.

The role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your HR career and want to work broadly with both operational and administrative HR issues. The assignment involves working with management and supervisors to build and structure the company's HR function from the ground up. You will be a close support in personnel matters, contribute to recruitments, and ensure that HR processes, routines, and policies are established and followed. In this role, you will also participate in the company's quality work.

Responsibilities

Labor Law & Collaboration

  • Support for managers regarding LAS, MBL, the Discrimination Act, and GDPR.
  • Contact with trade union representatives and participation in negotiations.
  • Participation in contract work.

Work Environment & Employee Health

  • Coordinate work environment efforts, work environment rounds, and follow-ups.
  • Develop action plans for sick leave and be the contact with the Social Insurance Agency.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Conduct requirement profiles, advertising, selection, and interviews.
  • Support managers throughout the recruitment process.

HR Structure & Development

  • Build an HR handbook, guidelines, and internal processes.
  • Work on competence development and internal quality.

HR Systems & Administration

  • Administration in HR and payroll systems (e.g., PP, Zalaris).
  • Preparation of HR statistics and reporting.

Quality

  • Participate in long-term quality and improvement work within the HR area.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in HR/Human Resource Management (YH, HR program, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and work environment.
  • Experience from internships, part-time jobs, or assignments in HR or recruitment.
  • Good administrative skills and interest in HR and payroll systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

  • Experience from service professions such as retail, restaurant, or customer service.
  • Engagement from your studies (student union, projects, associations, or committee work).
  • Driving license B
Conditions

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and work on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time and located in Linköping.

The goal is for the assignment to transition to a direct employment with the client after a period of hiring, provided that the collaboration works well for all parties.
