Your role with us

As an appointment setter, you will be an important part of our clients' sales efforts. You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings, building relationships, and creating valuable contacts via both phone and email.

You will work on various projects, where you will use our CRM system to plan, follow up, and ensure quality in every contact. In the team, we work closely together — with energy, collaboration, and shared goals in focus.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a strong drive, a positive mindset, and a desire to develop. You enjoy working towards clear goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear structure.

You have:

• Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
• The ability to build trust in conversations and create long-term relationships
• A genuine commitment and a desire to perform

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or service is a plus — but most importantly, we value your personality and ambition.

Understanding of Norwegian is considered a plus, but is not a requirement.

We offer

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
• Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–16:00 | Fri 8:00–15:00
• Base salary + commission
