Bostadsstiftelsen Platen is the public housing company in Motala with the trusted mission to manage, care for, and develop our tenants' homes, which places high demands on us and our partners. We aim to offer well-maintained and future-oriented properties, housing, and living environments. Platen has 5,700 apartments and 170 commercial premises in its portfolio.

Your Role

As a Procurement Officer/Purchasing Manager, you will lead procurements according to LOU and ensure that Platen's purchasing and contract processes are legally secure, businesslike, and sustainable. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the company regarding procurement and contract issues. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting procurements, writing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing and streamlining the company's routines and processes within procurement and provide legal advice on matters related to contracts and procurement law.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with an academic background in law, economics, or a related field, and who has experience in public procurement - preferably within the real estate or construction sector. You have good knowledge of LOU, procurement law, and contract law, and are accustomed to working in digital procurement systems. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with both colleagues and external parties. Experience from the public sector or municipal operations is considered an advantage.

The position requires a B driver's license, a criminal record extract, and a drug test before employment. You also need to have a very good ability to express yourself and understand Swedish in both spoken and written form.
