About the Position

Existing customers are the focus of the department. Your primary goal is to ensure that the customer feels safe and secure in their home. Within the department, we handle customers who are moving to new homes (Moving Department), want to upgrade their older systems to the new Verisure concept (Change of Concept), and Customer Care.

We work with incoming and outgoing calls to/from existing customers.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

You have completed high school, have good computer skills, and enjoy talking to customers on the phone.
