Your role: A warm service professional with drive and heart

As a Customer Support/Inside Sales Representative, you are an important link between HomeMaid and our customers. Both existing and potential customers receive warm and professional service from you via phone and email. With attentiveness and proactivity, you respond to inquiries, anticipate needs, create personalized quotes, manage changes in schedules, and follow up to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Additionally, you will actively take the initiative and contact potential customers based on inquiries and leads. With your commitment and ability to build relationships, you will expand our customer network and help shape HomeMaid's success in the market. You are also a supportive colleague who is there to help and support your coworkers when they need it. You will work on:

• Driving profitability within your area of responsibility

• Actively contributing to the office and business development

• Supporting customers via phone and email

• Creating and sending quotes

• Following up, analyzing, and keeping statistics on sales and delivery

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers

• Driving upselling

• Handling other tasks related to customers/business

• Previous experience in sales, customer contact, and administration

• Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME

• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing

• Good communication skills

• Driver's license

About the position:

Your working hours are mainly during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training. The team currently consists of several internal staff, Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants. Together, you work to become even better — Better together.

Location: Home Office Linköping

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.

Start date: Immediate or by agreement.
