Your Responsibilities
As an Export Coordinator, you are responsible for specific export flows and handle transport-related issues throughout the entire logistics chain. The role involves close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders and is central to ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality transport.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing transport and freight documents.
- Conducting transport tenders and transport bookings.
- Managing supplier contacts and ongoing delivery monitoring.
- Issuing shipping instructions as well as export and customs documents.
- Checking and posting freight and forwarding invoices.
- Handling transport claims.
- Developing and digitizing transport and customs processes.
- Collaborating internally with project managers, material coordinators, buyers, and internal logistics.
- Maintaining frequent external contact with suppliers, transport agents, and customer representatives.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree and/or several years of qualified experience within logistics and import/export. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a high pace and appreciate a role where structure, problem-solving, and customer contact go hand in hand.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience with international transport, customs handling, and preferably contract writing.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills such as Spanish, German, or Russian are meritorious.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably experience with SAP.
- Ability to structure, organize, and prioritize even in pressured situations.
- A natural understanding of customer relations and collaboration with various stakeholders.
As a person, you are flexible, communicative, and solution-oriented. You are calm and stable when conditions change quickly, while being proactive, responsible, and service-oriented. You are cost-conscious and have a genuine interest in developing the business, including sustainable transport solutions.
