About Us

The procurement organization has grown over the past few years and now consists of 20 employees divided into three main groups: Property Management, IT & Goods & Services, and Contracts & Technical Consultants and Procurement Control. In this recruitment, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to strengthen the Property Management, IT, Goods & Services group. This group currently consists of four procurement specialists, one of whom has team leader responsibilities. The group is characterized by drive, engagement, and a strong focus on development, working actively with the business units to develop our procurement processes. We are looking for you with a forward-looking mindset who wants to influence and contribute to a positive collaborative climate on our continued journey of development.

About the Role

In this role, you will primarily conduct tenders and procurement processes within Property Management in accordance with LOU (Public Procurement Act) and LUFS (Local Government Procurement Act). You will mainly support and collaborate with Specialfastigheter's Property Department.

You are responsible for ensuring that tenders are conducted in a business-like manner and lead to the desired results. The role also involves actively contributing to the development of our working methods and strengthening collaboration with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial analyses, develop procurement strategies, and create timelines.
• Project manage the requirement-setting process and draft/finalize procurement documents.
• Evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate and sign contracts, and ensure implementation and follow-up.
• Work actively with contract management.
• Drive and contribute to development work within procurement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have:

• An academic degree or equivalent in fields such as economics, procurement, law, or real estate.
• Good experience with procurement according to LOU/LUFS.
• Experience with procurement according to AFF and contract follow-ups according to ABFF.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the market situation within property management.
• Experience with contracts within property management.

It is meritorious if you have experience with AB, ABT, ABK, and construction law.

Location

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Linköping or Stockholm. The procurement unit is largely located in Linköping and Stockholm today, and our organization is geographically spread across the country, which involves some travel as part of the work.

Recruitment Process

We begin the selection process after the application period has ended. We then contact relevant candidates to schedule interviews. Prior to any potential employment, we conduct a specific security assessment, which includes a security interview and a review of final judgments from Swedish courts. Before employment, we also conduct alcohol and drug testing through our occupational health service. In addition, some of our customers occasionally require placement in a security classification and subsequent register checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).
