We are now looking for dedicated and service-oriented event staff for an exclusive three-day event in collaboration with LEGO, taking place in Linköping and Norrköping.

As an event staff member, you will serve as an important ambassador, welcoming visitors, creating a positive experience, and assisting in on-site activities. A central part of the assignment involves staffing and guiding visitors at an advanced racing simulator, where participants can test their driving skills and compete for great prizes.

• Welcome and guide visitors throughout the event
• Staff and manage the racing simulator
• Help participants get started with the simulator and create a fun competitive experience
• Inspire children and adults in creative LEGO activities
• Ensure the event area is well-organized, inviting, and safe
• Represent the LEGO brand in a professional and engaged manner

The days and times you are expected to work are:

Friday, July 10th, 12:00–18:00

Saturday, July 11th, 11:00–15:00

Sunday, July 12th, 11:00–17:00

You have an eye for detail, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a flexible and varied work environment. You feel comfortable in dynamic settings that require flexibility and are not afraid to take initiative and work independently.

To succeed in this role, we also look for:

• Strong social skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Being attentive, precise, and efficient, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Natural drive and a passion for service and customer relations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum age of 18.

Experience in retail marketing is considered an asset.

Hours: Part-time

Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
