We are now looking for an Export Forwarder who wants to contribute to efficient transport solutions while developing within international logistics, customs, and forwarding.

About the role

As an Export Forwarder, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring international transport flows from booking to delivery. You ensure that transports are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with current customs and export regulations.

The role involves numerous contact points where you collaborate with both internal functions and external partners worldwide. You will become part of an engaged team where development, improvement work, and digitalization are a natural part of everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and monitor international transports.
• Handle transport documents as well as export and customs documentation.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure efficient transport flows.
• Check and handle freight and forwarding invoices.
• Maintain ongoing contact with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle transport-related discrepancies and claims.
• Contribute to the development and digitalization of transport and customs processes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in logistics, transport, or equivalent work experience.
• Has experience in forwarding, logistics, or import/export.
• Has good knowledge of international transports and customs handling.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, which is considered an advantage.
• Has additional language skills, such as German, Spanish, or Russian, which is a plus.
