We are looking for you who have a few years of experience and want to develop in your role as a buyer through suitable assignments with our customers.

Main Responsibilities

As an operational buyer, you play a significant role in the purchasing team that oversees purchasing and procurement. You handle orders and order acknowledgments, review invoices, and manage returns and claims. Delivery precision and quality control are important parts of the work, and together with the rest of the team, you support supplier development and KPI analysis of the supplier base.

We also see you contributing to the development of the business in terms of optimizing workflows, processes, and tools.

Our customers offer varied work where you are given the opportunity to develop as a buyer and create an extensive network of contacts, both internally and externally. The assignments have a long-term perspective, often with good chances of permanent placement with the client.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role of purchasing consultant, we see that you are a team player, solution-oriented, and possess a strong drive for development with a focus on the end goal. You view change positively, both for yourself and for the business you represent. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of the factors that drive purchasing in the supply chain.

To succeed in the role, you need the ability to work independently and drive your purchasing flow with a focus on quality and delivery security. It is a big plus if you have good technical understanding and experience handling purchases of both standard components and more complex, customer-specific products. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, it is important that you collaborate well and build good relationships – you represent both your client and act as an ambassador for us as an employer in all meetings. You need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

In summary, we are looking for someone who has:

• At least a couple of years of experience working with operational/tactical purchasing
• Relevant post-secondary education or knowledge we consider equivalent
• Good skills in an ERP system and MS Office
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

The assignment may require Swedish citizenship and that you undergo and pass a security clearance in accordance with current regulations for security protection.
