Your Responsibilities

At Skill, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist for Siemens Energy. In this central role, you will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen the company's position in the global aftermarket for gas turbines. You will work closely with sales, product management, R&D, and communication teams to ensure that marketing activities and messages support business goals, product strategies, and customer needs. The role combines strategic work with operational execution and involves numerous contact points both nationally and internationally. The position is primarily based on-site in Finspång.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive long-term marketing and communication strategies.
  • Responsible for message development and positioning for different markets and customer segments.
  • Create and implement go-to-market plans for products and services.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Support product launches, events, training, and other marketing activities.
  • Ensure that communication and marketing adhere to the company's brand and communication guidelines.
  • Identify and implement new approaches in digital marketing, AI, and marketing automation.
  • Conduct environmental scanning and analysis of market trends and competitors.
  • Manage content in digital channels, portals, and internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create alignment, knowledge sharing, and a unified marketing strategy.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in strategic marketing and communication, preferably in an international B2B environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, message platforms, and go-to-market plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, R&D, and other stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of brand building, market communication, and customer-adapted messages.
  • Interest in digitalization, AI, and marketing automation, as well as how new technology can streamline marketing efforts.
  • Analytical skills and habit of monitoring markets, trends, and competitors.
  • Experience in creating, coordinating, or developing marketing materials and communication initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in global and cross-cultural organizations.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with an operational and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from the energy, industrial, technology, or aftermarket sectors.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, or marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools for marketing and communication.
  • Experience with product launches, events, or international marketing initiatives.
