This is a role for you who thrives on combining leadership, customer focus, and business acumen. As Customer Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the business while leading and inspiring your team towards common goals.
About the Role
As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the customer center. You are responsible for sales, customer relations, personnel, and results, while ensuring that customers receive a top-class service experience.
In this role, you work closely with both customers and employees, becoming a key figure in creating a customer center where people thrive, develop, and succeed together.
The position is a permanent full-time role (100%) starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date to be agreed upon after the summer.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the employees at the customer center.
- Drive sales and develop both new and existing customer relationships.
- Be responsible for budget, results, and business monitoring.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a first-class customer experience.
- Actively work with local market development and business development.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement measures to increase profitability.
- Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with current safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Be responsible for planning, staffing, and the daily operations of the customer center.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.
- Has documented experience in sales and customer handling.
- Has good business understanding and experience with budget and result responsibility.
- Thrives in a role that combines operational work with strategic thinking.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Is comfortable with IT systems and has experience working in business systems.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Experience from the construction, industrial, or rental industries is an advantage.
