About the Role
As an advisory salesperson at the Customer Front, you will become an important part of an engaged team and a key contact point for the Technical Works' customers. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, creating a secure and professional experience in every interaction. The role involves both service and sales. You listen to the customer's needs, provide advice, and present solutions that create value.
The role includes among other things:
- Providing service and advice to our private and business customers
- Actively working with sales and upselling
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right products and services
- Handling questions regarding contracts, invoices, prices, and services
- Working with customer cases and simpler investigations
At the beginning of your employment, you will receive a thorough introduction where you will learn about our areas of operation, products, and working methods to feel confident in the role.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and thrives in a role where service and sales go hand in hand. You are motivated by creating good customer experiences and enjoy finding solutions that fit the customer's needs.

You do not need specific education, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English. Additional languages, such as Arabic, Farsi, Kurdish, or Somali, are meritorious. We place great importance on your personality and are looking for you who want to develop future customer meetings together with us.

Start Date: According to agreement
Location: Brogatan 1 in Linköping, beautifully located next to the Stångån river
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Office hours, weekdays 8:00-17:00
Start: Fixed-term employment for 6 months as a consultant via OnePartnerGroup, with good opportunities for extension and eventually transitioning to direct employment with Tekniska Verken.
