About the role
As a Program Coordinator, you support the daily operations of a comprehensive global program focused on personnel issues and resource planning. You work closely with program leadership and HR to ensure efficient processes and smooth collaboration in a cross-functional organization. Your contribution is crucial for creating order in a changing everyday life. As a program coordinator, you handle ongoing administration, data follow-up, and daily activities for the program's members. In close collaboration with Program HR and local HR teams, you handle personnel issues, resource planning, and develop structured frameworks for the global, virtual program. You also coordinate efforts for competence development and support the organization's long-term development. Throughout the role, you ensure a good flow of information, adhere to labor laws, and proactively contribute to employee engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities
The role involves broad responsibility for coordinating and administering personnel and operational matters within a global program, with a focus on creating structure and clarity.
- Coordinate daily operational activities for program members.
- Collaborate with HR regarding personnel-related processes and resource planning.
- Administer and follow up on documentation, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Be responsible for the program's administration, documentation, and data follow-up.
- Support the planning of competence development and follow up on long-term training initiatives.
- Create and structure communication materials for program stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines in consultation with local HR teams.
We are looking for someone who
- Has advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as the majority of the work will be conducted in English.
- Has experience in coordinating or administrative roles in complex environments.
- Has work experience and understanding of the HR field, resource planning, or organizational development.
- Has the ability to work independently and take initiative without detailed instructions.
- Thrives in changing environments.
- Is skilled at handling various stakeholders and creating clarity in communication.
It is an advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of Swedish.
- Experience working in global or virtual project organizations.
