We are now looking for an engaged Export Clerk for a leading international industrial company. In this role, you are responsible for specific export flows and ensure that transports are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with current regulations.
You will become a key link between internal functions and external partners, working closely with project managers, buyers, material coordinators, logistics teams, carriers, and customers worldwide.
The work is characterized by variety, a fast pace, and international contacts, offering you the opportunity to develop within both transport and customs handling.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing transport and export documentation
- Transport procurement and booking
- Contact with suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Delivery monitoring and follow-up of shipments
- Issuing export and customs documents
- Handling shipping instructions
- Checking and accounting for freight and forwarding invoices
- Handling transport claims
- Developing and digitizing transport and customs processes

To be successful in this role, you need
- Relevant higher education or several years of experience within logistics, transport, import, or export
- Experience with international transports and customs handling
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Russian is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of the Office package; experience with SAP is meritorious
- Meritorious: Experience with international customs issues and/or contract management
