At Ticket, we are now looking for a new star for our store in Linköping (Livli). Here, you will enjoy a fast-paced and developmental daily routine – together with wonderful colleagues who make each other better, every day.
What does the job involve?
As a travel sales consultant, you help our customers plan and book their dream holiday – from city weekends to long-haul trips, cruises, or family vacations. You guide, advise, and sell the complete package – flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and events – in-store, by phone, and digitally.
But the job is about more than just selling travel. It is also complex; we use over 30 different systems, work with many suppliers, and handle a variety of routines and regulations. This requires you to be quick, precise, and solution-oriented – and to enjoy diving into new things.
Your start with us – real onboarding
We know there is a lot to learn, which is why you will receive structured onboarding together with your manager and your team. You will receive training in systems, products, and working methods, while getting to know colleagues across Sweden. Here, “learning by doing” is key, with support along the way.
