About the role

As a Strategic Project Manager here, you will play a central role in the agency’s continued development. You will be responsible for leading customer projects from start to finish, while simultaneously developing relationships with our existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will become a key advisor to our clients and a driving force internally to ensure projects maintain high quality, correct direction, and good profitability.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead and coordinate customer projects from idea to delivery
• Be responsible for and develop relationships with existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth
• Create quotations, present solutions, and drive business dialogues
• Act as the customer’s strategic partner and advisor
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

And we believe you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or business development – preferably from an agency or marketing department
• Are accustomed to driving projects and creating structure even when the pace is fast
• Enjoy customer dialogues and feel comfortable with selling and developing business
• Are curious, courageous, and like challenging conventional ways of thinking
• Easily build trust, engagement, and drive among both customers and colleagues
• Live in or near Linköping
