We are now looking for a Technical Administrator for Bravida in Linköping.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Bravida is now strengthening its team within customer service and building access! In the role of Technical Administrator, you will work closely with customers and project organizations, focusing on ensuring safe and efficient access solutions in connection with construction and renovation projects within Region Östergötland.
You will join a cohesive team of colleagues who help and support each other. You will receive a thorough introduction with technical training and guidance from colleagues to get the best start with the systems. You will also be introduced to customers, external parties, and contractors to create the best conditions for good collaboration. Afterward, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop in your professional role. At Bravida, you get the chance to grow and thrive in the long term!
The role is varied, and no day will be like the other. Together with your colleagues, you prioritize cases based on what is most important. You and the team are responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage and administer access and permissions according to set routines
- Collaborate with Region Östergötland in construction and renovation projects
- Order keys, cylinders, and manage key-related processes
- Perform audits on contractors designated by the customer
- Receive fault reports and execute work orders, purchases, and requisitions
- Rectify faults with access and access cards
- Contribute to the development of working methods and routines

In addition, we believe the following points apply to you:
- High school diploma
- Technical interest and good familiarity with computers and systems
- Good knowledge of Windows
- Experience in services involving administration and customer contact
- Class B driver's license (the role may require travel within Östergötland)
- Fluent Swedish, both in speech and writing
If you have experience working with service, customer service, and/or have worked on a project basis previously, we consider this a merit.
The position is subject to special security requirements, and therefore extracts from the criminal record will be collected.

Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement.
Location: At Bravida's office in Tornby, Linköping.
Working hours: Weekdays 8–17 or 7–16, times vary over time.
Employment type: Consulting assignment at A-hub with good opportunities for direct hiring by the client.
