Packoplock Scandinavia AB was founded in 2007 and has since become a leading wholesaler of packaging and consumables in the Nordic region. We sell our products via web, catalog, and sales force. With over 55,000 business customers and an annual turnover of over 500 MSEK, we have a strong growth journey behind us. Packoplock is the parent company, but we also have three subsidiary companies in the group: Napakka in Finland, Husted in Denmark, and Nordahl in Gothenburg. We currently have 140 employees. We sell over 12,000 standard items, which we purchase from over 450 manufacturers located worldwide. Our 20,000 m² central warehouse is located in Norrköping.

The Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson. You will become our new star in Central Sweden, primarily around the Norrköping/Stockholm area, where you will work with the sale of retail packaging, especially printed carrier bags, to all types of retail chains. Based at the office in Norrköping, you plan and book your own meetings – no cold calling, but well-prepared and customer-focused meetings where you analyze needs and propose solutions. In short, you will:

  • Be responsible for the sale of retail packaging to retail chains within your district
  • Drive prospecting and develop existing customer relationships
  • Follow up with customers, both large and small – from smaller orders to strategic collaborations
  • Contribute to business development and unlock the potential of the district

Introduction
To give you the best possible conditions for success in your new role, you will work as an inside sales representative at the Norrköping office during your first period at Packoplock. This will give you a broad understanding and knowledge of the assortment, customers, internal workflows, systems, etc. After approximately 6–12 months, you will be ready to hit the road with confidence.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who loves sales, meeting people, and making long-lasting business deals. You are used to always delivering at the highest level. You need to be self-reliant and responsible, as well as genuinely curious about your customer's business and challenges. You are motivated by working towards set goals and have a humility that drives you forward. You build trust with your customers and are a natural relationship builder who always goes the extra mile. Additionally, you are a good communicator and flexible in your approach.

Requirements and Merits

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales in some form
  • Experience from retail and/or packaging is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and enjoy driving
